Training at the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Airport staff to work with MKC-A03

In September 2025, the employees of the transport security service of the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport terminal, responsible for the anti-terrorist security of the airport terminal, completed a course of lectures on working with the MKC-A03 Handheld Radiation Monitor.

The MKC-A03 Handheld Radiation Monitor is used for secondary inspection of the objects that have triggered a fixed-site radiation monitor at customs and border checkpoints, as well as part of the systems for anti-terrorist protection of crowded places and transport infrastructure, to confirm presence of and identify ionizing sources carried by pedestrians, in vehicles, cargo and baggage.
