Participation in the XVI International Meeting “Problems of Applied Spectrometry and Radiometry” named after V.N. Danilenko

From October 16 to 18, 2023, the XVI International Conference “Problems of Applied Spectrometry and Radiometry” named after V.N. Danilenko was held in Moscow. JSC SPC ASPECT is traditionally among constant organizers of the Meeting and its active participant
The reports presented at PASR-2023 were devoted to issues related to the development and use of equipment, software, methodological and metrological support for measuring the parameters of ionizing radiation.
JSC SPC ASPECT specialists made presentations on the principles of constructing radioactive waste inventory systems based on the SKG-03 radioactive waste inventory systems; on the MZHG-A system, which is a new family of radiometers-spectrometers for the volumetric activity of gamma-emitting radionuclides in liquids, designed to determine the radionuclide composition and performing measurements of the volumetric (specific) activity of radionuclides in a controlled liquid; and on the developed quasi-template method of beta spectrometry, used for the analysis of complex scintillation spectra in cases where obtaining reference spectra of the radionuclides of interest is difficult.
